O objetivo do presente trabalho é o de compreender o processo de expansão multicultural dos direitos humanos, através do estudo de seu surgimento e desenvolvimento histórico em civilizações não europeias, buscando-se entender como essa categoria foi gestada nessas culturas antes mesmo das próprias Declarações burguesas dos séculos XVIII e XIX.References
