Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las deficiencias de los mecanismos tradicionales  de combate a la morosidad de la Administración Pública en el ámbito del procedimiento administrativo, y identificar nuevos retos para la concretización del derecho a la razonable duración del procedimiento desde la perspectiva de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
