Abstract

El objeto de investigación de este estudio es el principio de autonomía institucional y procedimental de los Estados miembros de la Unión Europea. Se analiza en el trabajo su origen y desarrollo jurisprudencial, su contenido complejo y desigual y perfiles poco nítidos, buscando identificar su verdadero fundamento.
