Abstract

El fenómeno de la corrupción y la normativa que se ha ido dictando para enfrentar a este terrible flagelo ha ido provocando la mutación de muchas instituciones del derecho administrativo en su concepción clásica. A partir de ese panorama, luego de caracterizar al fenómeno de la corrupción procuraremos poner en evidencia las principales modificaciones que ha sufrido esta rama del derecho público.
