O artigo tem como escopo analisar a influência da cultura jurídica italiana no Brasil, em matéria de Direito Público. Partindo do enfoque do “fluxo jurídico” – diálogo ou comunicação a distância entre operadores do Direito e intelectuais, englobando professores, juízes e advogados –, o estudo examina influências específicas de autores como Tullio Ascarelli, Renato Alessi, Tobias Barreto, entre outros.
