Abstract

Este estudo visa a investigar a problemática relativa aos impactos da globalização no âmbito do Direito Administrativo e suas relações com o Direito Constitucional. Tratando do tema da lex mercatoria, o artigo traz reflexões sobre as influências recíprocas entre os ordenamentos jurídico-administrativos nacionais e supranacionais, destacando as consequências de tais fenômenos em matéria constitucional.
