Corrupção nas licitações e contratações públicas: sinais de alerta segundo a Transparência Internacional

O artigo discute a corrupção nas contratações públicas, com fundamento em recomendações expedidas pela Transparência Internacional. São analisados os riscos e fragilidades que tornam o processo de contratação mais vulnerável à corrupção durante a preparação da licitação, a escolha do vencedor e durante as etapas de fiscalização, gestão e controle. Ao final, é ressaltada a importância dos diversos mecanismos de transparência como instrumentos de prevenção e combate à corrupção.
