El artículo analiza la cuestión del control judicial de la discrecionalidad
en la asignación de pautas publicitarias del Estado en la República Argentina,
a partir del estudio de una decisión de la Sala IV de la Cámara Nacional de
Apelaciones en lo Contencioso Administrativo Federal.
