Abstract

O artigo trata do tema do controle de políticas públicas pelo Poder
Judiciário, com enfoque na problemática dos direitos sociais, apresentando
alguns obstáculos para esse controle. Versa também sobre o controle judicial
da discricionariedade administrativa.
