Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es delinear los aspectos referidos a la Regulación de los Servicios Públicos y el régimen de concurrencia en la Argentina. Para ello, primero realizaré una breve, reseña de las diferencias entre Europa y Argentina con respecto a estos institutos.
