Abstract

Pessoa jurídica de direito privado, com sede em Curitiba, cujo objeto social é
a prestação de serviços hospitalares em hospitais móveis, ambulatórios e atividades correlatas, encaminha consulta sobre fatos e atos jurídicos que estão ocorrendo no procedimento licitatório encetado pelo Ministério da Defesa, Exército Brasileiro, Comando Militar do Sul, Quinta Região Militar, Comando das Armas do Estado do Paraná, “Regiões Heróis da Lapa”.
Os fatos e atos jurídicos que deram origem à presente consulta versam sobre
o pedido de impugnação do edital por parte de outra empresa, bem como pela deci são da Comissão de Licitação, que acatando a aludida impugnação revogou o edital e transferiu a licitação sine die.
