Abstract

A contratação pública sustentável tornou-se obrigatória em nosso sistema administrativo. Não se trata de matéria de opção política ou de mera
conveniência. O contrato precisa cumprir, harmonicamente, as funções ambientais, econômicas e sociais, sob pena de ilicitude. Aqui, propõe-se o teste tríplice de sustentabilidade para auxiliar o controle dinâmico dos contratos administrativos, segundo o novo paradigma.
