Reflexiones sobre la justicia contencioso administrativa en México

La competencia contencioso administrativa en México se divide en federal y local, y se limita al juicio de nulidad en la mayoría de los casos. Si bien ha evolucionado desde su creación, enfrenta diversos retos para mejorar, entre los principales lograr su obligatoriedad a nivel local, consolidar su autonomía constitucional, perfeccionar sus figuras procesales y acercarse cada vez más al justiciable. Esto se puede lograr con una mayor congruencia constitucional, aplicación efectiva de la legislación y seguimiento de la doctrina y derecho comparado.
