El artículo tiene como objetivo examinar la cuestión de la participación ciudadana en el Estado Democrático y Social de Derecho. El tema se estudia desde la perspectiva del interés general, del contexto del Estado de Bienestar, de la reforma del Estado y su impacto en la participación, entendida como objetivo y como método, siempre desde la perspectiva de la dignidad humana y de los derechos fundamentales.References
