A lenda da mulher insuspeita, inspirada na história de César e Pompeia, expressa um arquétipo do inconsciente coletivo: no exercício de competências públicas é necessário ser e parecer honesto. Das diversas correntes do pensamento filosófico que se propõem a tratar da ética há um encontro comum, o pensar o outro, e Direito e Moral vinculam-se neste aspecto, sobretudo quando se trata do exercício de uma função pública.References
