O presente artigo examina, sob a ótica da supremacia do interesse público, bem como da sua indisponibilidade, no caso de oposição entre direitos fundamentais de diferentes titulares, no caso, a República Federativa do Brasil, policiais federais e Glória de los Angeles Treviño Ruiz, onde o Supremo Tribunal Federal decidiu pela supremacia do interesse público a sua indisponibilidade.
