O objetivo do presente trabalho é contribuir para a elaboração dogmática de um conceito oriundo da economia, mas que cada vez mais adquire sede jurídica, inclusive constitucional (CF/88, arts. 21, XI; 174, § 2º, III). Trata-se do conceito de regulação da economia, que tem sido utilizado até mesmo para qualificar uma série de entidades da Administração Pública incumbidas de regular determinados setores da economia - as Agências Reguladoras.Downloads
