Abstract

Honra-me a Ilma. Sra. Presidenta da Associação dos Procuradores do Estado de Santa Catarina, Dra. Angela Cristina Pelicioli, com a designação para elaborar parecer sobre a recente reforma constitucional da Administração Pública, em conformidade com os quesitos aprovados pela Associação Nacional dos Procuradores  do Estado, em reunião realizada em Maceió, Estado de Alagoas, em data de 17.04.98. Assim sendo, e observando como norte ideológico deste parecer, além de minhas convicções pessoais, as deliberações da aludida associação estadual da qual sou vice-Presidente, passo a enfrentar, um a um, os quesitos considerados relevantes para a carreira de Procurador do Estado e do Distrito Federal.
