A proteção ao meio ambiente é garantia expressa nas Constituições dos Estados-Partes do Mercosul e, assim, é entendida como Direito Fundamental. Por outro lado, o Mercosul visa à livre circulação de mercadorias. O presente artigo tem por finalidade abordar, sob a ótica dos Direitos Fundamentais, a controvérsia que envolveu a Comunidade Européia e o Brasil, na OMC, referente aos pneumáticos.Downloads
