Abstract

O artigo discute, com base na Lei nº 9.277, de 10 de maio de 1996, a possibilidade da União delegar à Estados, Municípios e Distrito Federal a administração e exploração de rodovias federais. Nesse ínterim, os autores trazem a peculiaridade da concessão da exploração à particulares de rodovias não pelo titutal (União) e, por conseguinte, se a União possui responsabilidades incidentes na relação de concessão.
