Abstract

Análise sobre aplicabilidade ou não do inciso VII do art. 73 da Lei nº
9.504/97, referente a proibição de gastos com publicidade oficial dos órgãos
públicos no período de janeiro a junho em anos eleitorais. Alcance do §3º do
mesmo artigo que restringe a vedação nos três meses que antecedem a eleição às esferas administrativas cujos cargos estejam em disputa.
