Abstract

A questão que nos propomos a abordar refere-se ao seguinte interessante tema de alta indagação teórica: Disposição legal que viola materialmente as normas de uma Constituição será ou não "recepcionada", "convalidada" ou meramente validada por Emenda Constitucional, caso seu regramento seja compatível com as disposições novas estabelecidas pela Emenda?
